Who Even Am I?

Hey — I’m Corey!

I’m a full-time Physician Assistant student with a passion for holistic health, fitness, tech, and self-mastery. I don’t pretend to be a guru — I’m just a guy who’s spent the past 7+ years experimenting, learning, training, and refining how I live.
In college, I started noticing how easily people let their health and habits fall apart. Then, since graduating, I started seeing it everywhere around me — eating trash, thinking shallow, living reactive lives. I started asking better questions, studying harder, and applying what I learned in the gym, in the kitchen, and now in the clinic.
I’m here to teach what I’ve lived through.
My goal is to create a community of people who’ve felt that this cannot be everything to life.
There’s a bigger truth that I’m drawn to, that I’m continuously trying to learn & understand.
If you’re someone who values deep work, honest learning, and lifelong improvement, I think you’ll find something here.
